• You agree to use the Discord bot, its commands, and features in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service (https://discord.com/terms).

• You may not use the bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Privacy and Data Collection:

• We collect and store the server ID, voice channel information, and genre preferences of each connected Discord server.

• The stored information is publicly accessible via the ScytedTV Studios API, excluding any private information.

• No personal user data is stored on our servers when using the online dashboard; all data is stored locally in the user's browser cookies.

3. User Information Removal:

• To request the removal of your personal information, including server data, please contact support@scyed.tv.

4. Prohibited Conduct:

• You may not abuse, harass, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others through the use of our Discord bot.

• Any attempt to disrupt the normal functioning of the bot or its services is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty:

• The bot is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered through the bot.

6. Modification of Terms:

• We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of the bot after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Termination:

• We reserve the right to terminate access to the bot and its services for any user or server at our discretion.
